Bookings and Inquiries:

1. Creative Production Bookings: Secure your spot for photo and video productions, curated set design, or explore our extended cyclorama wall directly through our user-friendly booking tab.

2. General Inquiries: For all other queries, kindly submit your request via email to info@noboysallowedstudios.com.

3. Rescheduling Requests: Should you need to reschedule, please email info@noboysallowedstudios.com. Our dedicated team will review your request in alignment with our studio calendar.

   • Rescheduling is permitted once with a 24 hours notice.

4. Cancellations: Please note that all cancellations are non-refundable.

Rentals and Amenities:

1. Set-up/Takedown Times: When planning your rental, allocate time for set-up and takedown to ensure a smooth process.

2. Alcohol Policy: The Babe Cave offers libations, including cocktails, mocktails, and wine for purchase during your shoot. Must be 21+ to consume alcohol.

3. Beverage Policy: Enjoy a variety of libations during your shoot, including custom cocktails, mocktails, and wine, provided by our hidden bar.

4. Smoke-Free Environment: To promote a healthy and conducive atmosphere for creativity, No Boys Allowed Studio proudly maintains a smoke-free environment. Smoking in any form is strictly prohibited within our studio spaces. This includes the use of the following:

   • Cigarettes

   • E-cigarettes

   • Vapes

   • Hookahs

   • Pens

   • Any other smoking or vaping devices

   This policy is in place to safeguard the well-being of all patrons, prevent any potential damage to equipment and facilities, and ensure a clean and fresh environment for everyone at No Boys Allowed Studio.

5. Electrical Equipment: We strictly require that all electrical or electronic equipment adhere to both federal and local guidelines. It is the responsibility of the installer or renter to guarantee compliance during the installation and usage of such equipment.

   • This includes but is not limited to:

     • Ensuring that all devices meet safety standards.

     • Used in accordance with applicable regulations.

     • The installer or renter is accountable for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of electrical equipment throughout their session.

6. Decor Restrictions: To maintain a clean and professional atmosphere at No Boys Allowed Studio, we kindly ask our patrons to adhere to the following decor restrictions:

   • Prohibited Items:

     • Glitter

     • Confetti

     • Party poppers

     • Silly string

     • Styrofoam

     • Any tiny particle decor

7. Cleaning Fee: To ensure the continued excellence of our studio spaces, a cleaning fee of $300.00 USD will be applied if any of the mentioned prohibited items are used.

8. Wall Mounting: No form of wall mounting is permitted within our studio spaces. This policy is in place to preserve the condition of our facilities and ensure a consistent environment for all users.

9. Special Effects: The use of special effects can add flair to your creative projects, but at No Boys Allowed Studio, we prioritize safety. Therefore, the following items and activities are strictly prohibited:

   • Smoke machines

   • Fog/foggers

   • Smoke bombs

   • Dry ice

   • Sparklers (real or artificial)

   • Chemical-based products

   • Other highly flammable materials

General Terms on Amenities:

Please treat all provided amenities with care and respect. Any damage or loss incurred during your session may result in additional charges. Ensure that all equipment is returned to its designated space after use.
